You may cancel for any reason with 30 days’ notice; cancellation takes effect on your next recurring auto-pay date, so notice given fewer than 30 days before that date means one more billing cycle. Medical cancellations may take effect immediately with a doctor’s certification. You have 30 days from your last payment to use any remaining sessions.
