Life gets full. Freeze your membership and hold your spot — your rate stays locked, and we’ll be right here when you’re ready to come back.

Freeze policy — the quick version +
You may freeze for up to three consecutive 30-day periods (90 days max) for a fee of $25 per 30-day period. Please submit your request at least 5 days before your desired start date. While frozen, your monthly membership fee is paused and studio benefits are on hold. When the freeze ends, your membership simply resumes at your locked-in rate.
